Midsummer Night's Dream-Act 5
In Act 5 Scene 1, Theseus talks to Philostrate about what play he wants to see on his wedding day and he chose "A tedious short drama about young Pyramus and his love Thisbe, a very sad and tragic comedy". Philostrate warned him that the actors were not very good and the play was short but Theseus said to do it anyway. In the beginning of the play, they all introduce themselves and they start the play . They were not very good but it was still a little funny.

Midsummer Night's Dream Act 3 Summary
In Act 3 Scene 1, the people playing in Theseus' play is practicing in the woods. While practicing, Puck the fairy turns Bottom's head into a donkey. When everyone sees it, they run away except for Titania. Titania fell in love with him because she had the eyelid fairy put on her. She put Bottom to sleep and took him away.
In Act 3 Scene 2, Demetrius and Lysander still fight over Helena. Hermia comes and asks why Lysander left him and he said he no longer loves her. She doesn't believe it at first but when she does believe it, she blames it on Helena. Demetrius and Lysander go elsewhere to fight but Puck leads them away from each other to try to fix the problem. Puck puts the eyelid flower fixer on Lysander so that when he wakes up, everything will be back to normal.

Midsummer Night's Dream-Act 2
In Act 2 Scene 1, Oberon and Titania fight over the Indian guy. After Titania refuses to give up the Indian guy, Oberon sends puck to retrieve a flower that makes you love.
In Act 2 Scene 2, Hermia and Lysander are in the woods taking a nap. Puck puts the flower on Lysanders eye, thinking he's Demetrius, so that the next person he see's will be the one he loves. Lysander see's Helena and now loves him.

Midsummer Night's Dream Summary
In Act 1 Scene 1, Egeus wants Hermia to marry Demetrius but she doesn't want to because she loves Lysander. Egeus is threatening Hermia to kill her if she doesn't marry him to kill her. We also learn that a girl named Helena also used to date Demetrius but Demetrius saw Hermia and broke up with her. Theseus, the duke, gives Hermia until his wedding day to decide whether to be a nun, die, or marry Demetrius. Lysander comes up with a plan to go to his Grandma's house with Hermia, where the rules of Athens can't touch them, and get married. They tell Hermia as well.
In Act 1 Scene 2, Helena decides to tell Demetrius on the off chance that Demetrius will thank her for helping him and might love her. We are also introduced to the new characters Bottom, Goodfellow, Snout, Quince, Puck, Flute, Starveling, and Snug. They practice the play that they will be playing at Theseus wedding.
